We went pumpkin picking over the weekend and I’m so excited to share the fun… just have to edit down the 754 photos into a more manageable group :) Look out for that post tomorrow! In the meantime I wanted to share our second-to-last post from the India trip this summer.
One of my favorite things about traveling to India is the amount of LIFE you see everywhere. Everyone is out and about and with such a high population of people, the streets are teeming around the clock. However, there is also so much beauty in the countryside and in the cities full of color. I loved taking photographs as we traveled in and around Bangalore (I shot most of them out of the car window as we went speeding through villages) and it’s amazing how one look at them puts me right back in that moment. I still smell jasmine, rain in the air, spices, car exhaust and that undefinable earthy smell you find all over India.
Oh and since we were in the car quite a bit, this happened a lot… :)
Anyone else out there reminiscing about summer trips? Even though I love fall weather and can’t wait for the holiday season to roll around, I feel like the summer months went by so quickly and sometimes I’m a little sad they did. We’ll never take a trip like that again, because the boys will never be that little traveling again. Then again, I think that might be something to be grateful for; their ability to walk for our next big trip should make things MUCH easier! :)
